1. Maintaining
your shopping list
Any
music chosen from the search tool or your personal order form can
be transferred to your shopping list. From here you can change quantities
or remove the item should you no longer wish to order it.
There
is no commitment to place an order at this stage and all items will
stay in your shopping list for 90 days (unless you remove them or
place an order).
2. Placing
an order
If
you click on the "order" button at the bottom of your
shopping list, you move to the ordering screens. No worry if you
make a mistake, as the order will not be placed until you enter
payment details - so you can always abort and start over again from
your shopping list!
There
are separate screens for each of the following stages:
(a)
confirm the contents of your order
(b)
enter or check your name and address
If
you are ordering from outside the UK, you should note the postage
costs may change after completing your address details. So please
check the total cost at this stage.
3. Tell
us how you wish to pay
The
easiest way to do this is to use our secure server. There is a link
on the form which will transfer your order and allow the entry of
credit card (or UK debit card) details.
We
recommend that you print a copy of the order for your own records
at this stage.
If
you do not want to send your details over our secure link, you may
still print out the order and fax or post it to us with your payment
instructions. However, if you do this, your order will remain in
your shopping basket.
By
using the secure server you will speed the processing of your order
and receive an order reference number which you may wish to note
down in case of any future query. Your shopping basket will be cleared
once the order is sent through to us.
