  Your privacy is important to us

We know what it is like to receive SPAM mail, Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE), junk mail and junk faxes. We don't like them. So we only hold data that we need to identify you for handling any queries or orders you place. Also, if you ask us, we will keep you in touch with news and offers from the kennel by Email.

On this page you'll find information on:

Mailing lists

If you wish to opt in to our Email mailing list, please feel free to do so - our mailings will not be too frequent, but we will try to let you know of any special offers that may be of interest. You can always unsubscribe later. Whatever happens, you will not automatically be added to any of our lists.

Cookies - what are they and why we use them

When you add any music to your order list, our server will try to send a cookie to your computer. If it cannot do this it is going to be pretty tricky to take your order, so please accept it from us! It will allow our server to recognise you and recall any open order list you have left with us, saving you time on-line.

A cookie is a small piece of information, sent from our web server and stored by your computer. When you access our web pages, your browser will send this information to us. It is not sent when you access web pages on a different site.

Credit card details

Our web server *does not* retain your credit card details. We just wouldn't want to risk it. We will take your credit card details via a secure link onto the secure server and then collect them for processing by our credit card terminal. The details will then be removed from the secure server and will not be accessible via the Internet.

Other methods of ordering

Even if you do not like using the Internet for placing and paying for orders, you can use this site as a smart ordering tool, using the search facility to hunt out the music you want and printing out your full order onto paper.

If you would prefer not to send your credit card details via the Internet, we will be more than happy to receive your faxed order, an order via "snail mail", or faxed instructions - credit card details - for an order already placed via the Internet. Please tell us:

  • the type of card [we can accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch or Solo];
  • its number;
  • the expiry date; and,
  • add your signature.

Otherwise, you might want to print out your Internet order and post it to us - our address is given on the "Contact us" page.

Any other questions or concerns?

Do feel free to contact us via Email at: webmaster@andelscott.co.uk and we will do our best to answer your questions.
